After the ICAS radio shows from Berlin and Tromsø, ORF (Austrian Broadcasting Corporation) broadcasted live on December 16th from 11.03pm to 2.00am from the first ECAS Partner Meeting in Montevideo/Uruguay that happened to be during the SOCO festival from 12th to 17th December. One of the supporters of this brand new festival is the ORF musikprotokoll im Steirischen Herbst from Graz/Austria. SOCO said, that they wanted to remind of the anniversary of uruguayan independence.
